3. Refund Policy

a) Services

Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our legal consultation services, refunds are generally not offered once a consultation has been scheduled and prepared for. If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by using our contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is offered without additional cost.

In exceptional cases where a service is canceled by LegalBizSpot, a full refund will be issued through the original payment method within 14 business days.

b) Information Products

Since our informational products are delivered digitally, refunds are not provided once access has been granted. This policy ensures the protection of our intellectual property.
